Why

Why is it hard to figue out what you want to do?
And why is it so difficult to do want we want to do?

Why do we live in a world of deceit?

And who put all these thoughts in our head?

Yummy. The caramel, the chocolate and everything else that goes into this candy is just what I need at 5 PM – you know, the time when you got to do a mindshift from work life to home life.

Is the glass half empty or half full?

The glass is neither half empty nor half full. I look at it with respect to how the glass next to it is. Its on a relative basis. But then, due consideration must also be given to the size of the glass, the type of crystal used, the components of the liquid in it, the color and the taste, the look and the feel. And also, who is holding the glass and how it is being offered.. but most importantly, whether the glass is open or whether it has a lid.

Conversations with a 2 year old

2 year old (TYO) : Where is daddy?

Me : He is working.

TYO : Why work?

Me : So that he can get you all you want.

TYO (smiling) : Why do want?

Me : So that you can be happy.

TYO (with a naughtier smile) : Why happy?

Me : So that it makes you smile.

TYO : Why smile?

Me (totally speechless) : So that it makes all of us happy, I guess.

This is the best dessert I have had at Bloomington. You can find this at Lennie’s. As the description reads, the combination that makes me love this dessert is the hot fudge and the vanilla bean ice cream. After a tiring day at school, this will surely make your day.
